Overview
Utah County Government is committed to ensuring that all residents, visitors, and stakeholders have equal access to our services and digital assets. The following information is provided to help you understand your rights, request accommodations, or inform us of ways our programs and services could be improved.
ADA Notice
It is Utah County policy to make county programs, meetings, activities, services, websites, and digital assets accessible to individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Utah County will make all reasonable modifications to policies and programs to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy all of its programs and services, but modifications may not be made if it would fundamentally alter the nature of the program or service, would impose an undue financial or administrative burden, or the requested accommodation is not reasonable under the circumstances.
